Not accurate real time

Got the app to see real time bus info but it is so off/unreliable that there really is no point in using it. The 62 bus (afternoon schedule) is a perfect example of this. Sometimes it gets it right, sometimes it not even close, sometimes no bus even comes. Im guessing either way. Why should I use the app then?
