The App never provides accurate times for busses. So really, whats he point of the app at all... Apparently to waist space on your device.

The app was great until a few days ago when it stopped working. Started saying there were no lines near me and provided no information at all

This app would be great if "real time" actually worked. The technology exists to make this possible so if you say you have "real time" for busses make sure you actually do. There are so many times Im at a stop when it says its going to be there and its not there (bus is either late or early) or the bus doesnt come all together and you have to wait for the next scheduled bus.

I dont know what I would do without this app. I have to take two bus routes to get to work and before I found I was always late or missing my bus, now it is SO much EASIER to know when to catch the bus and plan ahead. I find the times are very accurate and getting around the city is way easier. Thank you Calgary Transit!!!

Now the ETAs for my route are so far off its not funny. My bus just pulled up when the app said it would arrive in 8 minutes, and the locator showed the bus, well, about 8 minutes away. Another time the ETA was for the bus after the next one. Often the locator doesnt show any buses on the route. Its becoming pretty useless.

I live right behind a bus stop and have noticed the times are 2 to 4 minutes after the bus has already left the stop. Every single time! 23 and 53 minutes past the hour the bus comes every hour every day for the last two years, why is your app saying otherwise???????

I find the times are usually correct. But the realtime is off occasionally. It would be nice if there was a box to check, if you were on the train/bus. So you could choose which connecting route to get to your location, or have a more exact ETA.

Not user friendly at all, needs lots of interphase revamp to make this app useful. Bus stop descriptions are too long and confusing. Often find that the posted times for bus arrivals and departures are incorrect.

I think we are so lucky as a city to have the team at The Transit App behind the Calgary Transit App. Not all the features have been carried over - but I think everything it offers is wonderful. There are still some hickups with the live reporting on the bud locations - but this is likely unrelated to the app its self.

For years Ive relied on the call or text for bus time, which is slow and generally inaccurate. This app is excellent, providing real-time updates and helps me catch my bus on time.

App works wonderfully. Times are usually accurate. Very intuitive and easy to use. Great features!

Its great and very useful

I expected more. Guess I should have lower expectations. The live feed estimated arrival times are rarely correct when a bus that is estimated (live feed) to arrive at the stop in 8 mins arrives 2 mins before a bus estimated (live feed) to arrive in 4 mins. Try and send feedback to Calgary Transit and its returned undeliverable. Waste of download time.

The app worked great, that is, until the update came. It used to be it would load the lines first, then attempt to get the real time information. Now it attempts to get the real time information right away. This is troublesome if you have a particularly slow wifi network or data plan. The app also constantly crashes.

Great app. Very convenient and simply design. Live times work great. No complaints!

Learn something from the rock app used in Toronto.

This app started out great with the real time location service but now nothing! My regular bus always shows on time but at least twice a week it is late but the app shows it on schedule. Disappointing Calgary Transit!!

Uses the same system as Transit 360. I wanted to send some feedback through the Options Menu about the misspelling of road names at my stop and bus stops that dont exist, but the email address they provide doesnt even work. Slightly dissapointing.
